Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment Some products are produced and shipped directly by our fulfillment partners (Printify, Gelato). Please allow the following timeframes:

• Production time: 3–7 business days (varies by item and provider)
• Shipping time: 5–10 business days (domestic); 10–20 business days (international)
• Total estimated delivery: 8–17 business days from order date

Made-to-order items ship separately from in-stock items and may arrive in multiple packages. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

Bespoke & Custom Orders Shipping costs for bespoke and custom items are determined after the item is completed, as rates vary based on the final size, weight, and dimensions of each piece. You will be contacted with shipping options and costs before your order is dispatched. Final shipping charges will be invoiced separately or applied at that time.
