i always enjoyed working retail, enough so to daydream about owning my own store one day — a business where my personality could ooze into every detail — from merchandise & merchandising to décor & vibe.
     not long after moving to downeast maine, this dream came true. in 2018, MOYO BOUTIQUE opened its brick-&-mortar doors in the small coastal town of blue hill. it was stocked with unique goods from small-batch, independent & socially-conscious companies, as well as pieces created by friends & family. the shopping experience was unexpected — laid-back, with comfortable couches and great music. always warm & welcoming.
now MOYO is online, but the heart’s the same. i miss hunting down & buying the unique items you didn’t see everywhere else then merchandising them for the store, but for now, i'm pivoting with an online store featuring cool tees & sweatshirts designed by me
